CANCELLATION POLICY
*Note: Due to Covid-19 the cancellation policy will be paused indefinitely. If you are feeling any symptoms of not being well or have been exposed to someone who has symptoms or tested positive, please call and I will be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment for a later date. As always, I appreciate 24 hour notice if possible to fill the space, but last minute cancellations due to health concerns will not be charged.

WHAT IS CHANGING?
- We require a 24 hour cancellation notice on ALL services!
- All online bookings will require a credit/debit card on file to reserve your space.
- Any service(s) that book 1 hour or more of our time, will now require a credit/debit card to hold the appointment space when booking in the salon or on the phone.
- Anyone with a history of no shows or last minute cancellations will be required to hold a card on file for ALL services.
- No charges will occur if the appointment is cancelled in the appropriate time frame, we ask for 24 hours minimum.
- In the event of cancelling your appointment without giving a full 24 hour cancellation notice, your card on file will be charged for 100% of your service(s) booked.
- We reserve the right to determine whether or not a customer shall be charged in the event of an emergency situation. We will use our best judgment in each individual situation.
- NO SHOWS
- In the event of a no call/no show, your card will be charged 100% for service(s) booked.
- 3 or more NO SHOWS, will result in no longer being able to book services at House of Hair.
- To prevent NO SHOWS, we will be providing text and email reminders as well as a courtesy call 2 days before your appointment.

We have upgraded our ROSY SALON SOFTWARE and are partnered with CARDCONNECT
using BOLT TERMINAL technology for all point of sale services.
This software provides maximum security with your card information.
We will never share or distribute your personal information or card information.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
